Shipping Policy
Shipping cost :
Shipping costs are included in the price of each work ordered.
Time limit :
Delivery times correspond to average delivery times via postal delivery and order processing and delivery times.
You can track your order from your space, in the Orders section.
Transportation :
The products travel at the risk of the recipient. The recipient must check the condition of the products at the time of receipt and possibly make reservations with La Poste. Yoa Creations does not reimburse any package that has been damaged during delivery.
Return & Exchange Policy
* Before any request for exchange or refund, please contact us via the form or by message to tell you what to do.
Items are subject to exchange or refund. The return or refund request must be made within 15 days from the date of receipt of the items. Returned products must reach us in perfect condition in their original packaging.
In the case of a new order, for an amount less than the initial amount, the customer will receive upon receipt of the request a check to reimburse the difference.
The shipping costs of the exchange, return and new shipment are the responsibility of the customer. The products must be properly packaged to avoid any damage during transport.
Special case : Yoa Creations undertakes to exchange a product if the product received does not correspond to the product ordered (size, work, type of printing).
However, this exchange will take place when the customer has returned the products that do not correspond to their order. The products must be properly packaged to avoid any damage during transport. The shipping costs for returning products are the responsibility of the customer.
